From your first night without a newborn to your first morning dropping off a soon-to-be kindergartener. We grow with your family.
Infant Care
The first year is the most tender one. Our infant room is designed for calm: soft light, quiet corners, and caregivers who nurture each baby's individual milestones rather than rushing a group timeline.
- Ratios kept under the state minimum. We follow all state guidelines strictly.
- Real-time updates. Notifications for feedings, diaper changes, nap times, daily activities, photos, and all the moments that matter most, via Brightwheel.
- Parent-led scheduling. We follow your child's established routine for feedings, naps, and care whenever possible.
Toddler Program
Big feelings, little people, huge growth. Every interaction is a learning opportunity. Through talking, singing, reading aloud, and responsive conversations, we help toddlers develop confidence in communication and in understanding the world around them.
- 1:5 ratio. State ratios are taken seriously and followed strictly.
- Sensory and outdoor play daily. Water tables, textures, music, secure outdoor space.
- Language-rich classroom. Toddlers add roughly one new word per waking hour. We design around that.
Two-Year-Olds
Our two-year-old classroom is a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children learn through play, exploration, and meaningful relationships. Daily routines provide consistency while encouraging independence, language, social skills, and early learning. Through hands-on activities, music, stories, sensory experiences, and learning centers, children build confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Ratios: 1:8 (24–29 months), 1:9 (30–35 months). State ratios are taken seriously and followed strictly.
- Sensory and outdoor play. Children explore, discover, and grow through daily sensory experiences and outdoor play.
- Language-rich classroom. We build language skills through songs, stories, conversations, and play, helping children grow from single words to complete sentences and meaningful conversations.
Preschool
Great preschool isn't "kindergarten minus one year." It's its own developmental window. Our preschool classroom prepares children through hands-on learning, purposeful play, and meaningful experiences. We foster independence, confidence, early literacy and math skills, problem-solving, and social-emotional development in a caring, language-rich environment where every child is encouraged to explore, grow, and succeed.
- 1:11 ratio. Followed strictly.
- Education. Our lesson plans provide engaging, developmentally appropriate learning through hands-on exploration and play.
- Learning together. We balance small- and large-group activities to prepare children for the next step in education, while making sure each child gets the individualized support and attention they need to succeed.
- Learning through choice. We encourage children to share their interests, then listen and weave them into lesson plans, keeping them engaged while exploring topics that spark curiosity and support meaningful learning.
Pre-K
Ready for kindergarten, still in love with learning. Our Pre-K program balances structured learning with purposeful play, building strong foundations in literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, and problem-solving. Children leave with the confidence, independence, and school-ready skills they need for a successful start to kindergarten and everything after.
- Ratios: 1:13. State minimum is 1:17.
- Classroom schedule. Ample time for the skills that matter most for kindergarten, including literacy, math, and science.
- Independence skills, practiced. We won't forget the life skills that are easy to take for granted, like eating lunch on their own, managing the bathroom, and even packing their own bag.
School age · 6 – 12 years

Every classroom has a lead with a degree in early childhood education or child development.

Locally sourced meals
Breakfast, lunch, and two snacks every day, including at least one hot meal. Allergen-aware, with fresh vegetables and fruit always on the menu, giving your child the nutrition to power a full day of play and learning.

Weather permitting, we are outside every day. Winters included, layers required.

What a day at IGA looks like.
This is a typical preschool day. Infant, toddler, and two-year-old days have a gentler shape but follow the same philosophy: predictable rhythms, child-led moments, real learning throughout.
- 6:30 – 8:30 AMArrival, free play, breakfast
