What sets IGA apart

Three things parents can verify before signing up.

Not vibes, not slogans. The specifics that separate real childcare from generic-childcare.

Small Group sizes. Infant ratios are kept under the state minimum, and every classroom follows state guidelines strictly.

Academic playfulness, not academic pressure.

Structured curriculum at the heart of every program. Imagination layered on top, not bolted on. Children leave Pre-K reading, counting, writing their names, and excited about what's next.

Safety you can actually see.

"Safe and loving environment" is what every center says. Here is what we actually do, every day:

  • Keypad entry. Only verified parents and staff have codes. Visitors are buzzed in by a teacher.
  • Two-adult release. No child leaves the building with a single staff member.
  • Daily ratio audits. Logged and signed each morning by the lead teacher on duty.
  • State licensing in progress. Our license number is available upon request once issued.

"Teachers who stay change everything. Turnover is the silent crisis in childcare, so we pay above market and invest in our educators long-term. Classrooms with stable adults raise calmer, more curious kids."

Your child's teachers are our most important investment.

Every classroom is led by a degree-qualified educator, and every teacher is background-checked and trained in child development. The teaching team is being hired now for our mid-September opening, with open interviews August 17–21 for teachers of all ages, plus cooks and support staff. Bios and headshots are published as each teacher signs on.
